Cade was born in Louisiana and raised in Dallas, Texas.

He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin Alumnus in the class of 1997. 

In 2001, Cade graduated from the St. Mary's University School of Law, and started his career in litigation. 

Since 2006, Cade Adams has extensively worked in Aviation Law. 

Cade is also a member of the National Business Aviation Association.
